DD Payment notification – email

I hope that you have enjoyed your membership of the Midget and Sprite Club over the past year and that you are looking forward to receiving your MASCOT magazine for a further year.

Your annual membership subscription is due for renewal on $$[date_renew_due$$$date$#$$$] at £$$[renew_amt_due$$$number$#$$$]. You have previously chosen to pay by Direct Debit and your membership renewal fee reflects the Direct Debit reduced rate and will be again taken from your bank next month. You will subsequently receive your membership card to cover the following 12 months.

Your direct debit payment will appear on your bank statement as GoCardless, not MASC.

We obviously hope that you will continue with your membership but you may cancel your Direct Debit at any time by informing your bank. If you additionally inform me I will ensure that it terminates immediately but always ensure that you inform your bank.

If you have any comments concerning the club, I would be most interested in receiving them. We are always pleased to hear from members with constructive ideas and criticism on how the club is performing. If you would like to take an active role in the running of the club the Committee would like to hear from you.
