SATURDAY 19th October 11.30 – 14.30hrs…

With drawn in cold and damp nights now upon us, we felt it time to move the meetings to the weekend for the winter. We will revert to weekday evenings again in the Spring.

So, with that knowledge in front of you, we invite you to join us at The Punch Bowl, Marton cum Grafton just off the A1 or A168. This is a lunchtime meeting and arriving at 11.30 allows us to admire the cars that turn up.. Please, it is NOT an obligation, nor is it expected at any time that you attend meetings in your Midget or Sprite.

This pub offers good Beers and Great Food in a lovely relaxed atmosphere, the car park is large and safe.

Hello

We have selected a route and preparations are underway.

The run will start at the Kilton at 10:00 for a 10:30 get-a-way and finish at the Blue Cap where we will be booking a table. There will be a half-way halt for refreshments, etc.

Could you please let me know by reply if you will be joining us so that we have an idea of numbers

Join us at the next MASC Yorkshire Area meeting… This time we’ll be at The Gait Inn, Millington, near York YO42 1TY…  From 7.00 pm
Rob will be hosting the meeting this time as Anita and I will be in Edinburgh..
I know this pub has a great reputation for excellent food and beer, I hope you’ll be able to get along…
Some wonderful ‘driving’ roads in the Millington area, so you may wish to explore a little prior to the meeting.. 😉 Enjoy.

After a great tour of Classic Team Lotus last week, Hunstanton Kite fayre was a let down as far as our club presence was involved, these things happen.

CAPEL MANOR GARDENS Bullsmore Lane Enfield EN1 4RQ  10am – 4pm       Sunday September 8 Nigel and Diane, subject to weather, have arranged a meeting point at Trumpington Park & Ride to leave at 08:30 for a 1hr drive down the A10 to just beyond the M25 junction25.

“Hello, please can I ask for your assistance? Last month’s MASCOT was a challenge due to the lack of articles sent in to me by members, hence the lower page count. This month’s is even worse with very few members articles. I look at Facebook and see members out and about on events but whilst they post pics on FB, few are bothering to send items into me for MASCOT.

Please can you make an appeal amongst your members for material for me. As it stands, this month’s MASCOT will be down to approx 26 pages!

I need material for Sept’s issue.
