Following the change in Covid-19 socialising rules introduced by the government from 14 September the committee have been forced to cancel the physical AGM meeting scheduled for the 4th October.
The meeting will now be virtual using Zoom and you are invited to attend, details shown below.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 2:00pm and should last for approximately 2 hours. The format will be a statement from the Chairman, an introduction of the new committee for 2020/2021 and presentations on the club for the last 12 months. When joining please mute your microphone and when you want to ask a question please use the raise your hand feature (either via participants panel or more button depending how you access the meeting).
