Welcome to the Midget and Sprite Club
Thank you for joining our club, your membership number and the other details we have about your are included below, please check the details and let me know if there are any inaccuracies.
We are issuing digital membership cards instead of posting printed cards as the postal costs keep rising. Your new digital membership card is at the end of this email, please see below for help with loading the card onto your phone's wallet.
The QR code on the membership card is an invite to join the club, if a prospective member scans the code, they will be taken to our web site and if they join, you will be credited as the inviter
If you don't have a smart phone, an image of your membership card is at the end of the email which you may wish to print and cut out.
A window sticker and a copy of the current edition of our magazine MASCOT will be posted to you and you are now on the distribution list for future editions which will usually arrive in the first week of the month.
Please also let our editor Dean Bailey email: editor@midgetandspriteclub.co.uk have a photo of your Spridget, along with a couple of sentences about you and/or the car, by email if possible, (even if your car is only "work in progress") for the "Welcome to New Members" pages in our magazine.

Here are a few notes to help you enjoy your membership of the Midget and Sprite Club
Website
Our club website can be found $$[#home$$$special$#$$$], To gain access to the Member’s Area of the website you need to provide a username and password (if you haven't already done so) before you can log in and access the Member’s Area. Here you can find back numbers of the MASCOT magazine online, Technical articles, Club Area News and lots more. If you haven't requested access to the member's area yet, please click $$[#access$$$special$#$$$]
Once logged in, the menu at the top of the website page will contain the option "Members Area", below this is the option "Member Dashboard" which will give you access to such features as technical articles, the forum and back issues of the MASCOT magazine that you can read on-line. This is also where we will publish discount codes for shows and events.
On the Member Dashboard, tapping "My membership", enables you to make changes to your details such as your postal or email address and your car(s) when you make these changes, I will automatically be notified.
Your Area
The club is divided into a number of regional areas, each of which has an Area Rep who co-ordinates what is happening in your area. Our Area Liason, $$[#area_liaison_name$$$special$#$$$] will allocate you to the most suitable area given your address and your Area Rep will send you an email welcoming you to the area.
Emails
Your Area Rep has the ability to send you emails to keep you up-to-date with the activities in your area, if you don't want to receive these or wish to receive updates from other areas, please use the "My membership" option to alter your selection. Your area rep has a list of all the members in your area, if you are happy for your phone number to appear on this list, again use the "My membership" to select this option

Adding your membership card to your phone
You need to open this email on your phone, then
If you have an Iphone,
- click the image at the end of this email with the name $$[zuzz-memb-num$$$text-$#$$$].pkpass
- This will display a page with the membership card
- Tap "Add" at the top right of the screen
The card is now loaded into your wallet and can be displayed by tapping the Wallet app
If you have an Android phone
- click the image at the end of this email with the name $$[zuzz-memb-num$$$text-$#$$$].pkpass
- This will open to an "Add pass" screen where you can preview the digital pass
- Select "Continue," agree to the terms, and the pass will be added to your Google Wallet
When prompted to open the file select Google Wallet
The card is now loaded into your wallet and can be displayed by tapping the Wallet app on your screen.
