After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the running of the Midget 60 Big Weekend, although the COVID route map suggests that restriction may be lifted a few days before the date, the current situation means that it is very difficult to make the arrangements we need to make to ensure that the event runs as well as we hope.
We now have confirmations from the various venues and organisations and can confirm that the new dates for the event will be 1st to 3rd July 2022.
You have two options:
a) Carry your entry on to the new date, the price will not change and you will retain your place on the entry list.
b) Request a refund. We will refund all the monies you paid for your entry. If this is your preference, then please reply to this email.
If you have booked a room at The Mere, the booking has automatically been transferred to the new date, provided that the hotel are aware that your booking is as part of our event. If you are not sure if you let them know that you are part of the event, then it is advisable to give them a ring.
We are very disappointed that we had to make this decision but are now looking forward to next year and a great Midget 60 Big Weekend.
